EMA Marketing Expands Its Global Footprint with New Partnership in Asia Pacific

[Toronto, Canada] — EMA Marketing, a Canadian-based boutique travel representation firm, has significantly expanded its global reach with the addition of REALM Events, a leading Destination Management Company (DMC) in Asia Pacific, to its portfolio of award-winning DMCs worldwide. Founded in 2020, REALM Events quickly emerged as a key player in the industry after the closure of major DMCs across the Asia Pacific region during the COVID-19 pandemic. The leadership team of the former Pacific World joined forces to create REALM, with Selina Sinclair at the helm.

Drawing on decades of collective experience in event management, the team’s differentiating edge is its unique blend of long-standing supplier relationships together with localized in-house creative and production capabilities. In 2024 alone, the team executed 144 high-profile events, earning recognition for its ability to overcome challenges and deliver seamless, impactful experiences. REALM recently expanded its footprint with the opening of its new office in Hong Kong in March 2025.
